The mattress is made up of three internal layers. The mattress cover is made of premium Italian knitted jacquard fabric with ultra-soft quilting that is moderated to suit the needs of individual sides. The top layer is made of thermo sensitive material with latexo feel material underneath it. Latexo feel material is a form of polyurethane (PU) foam, which gives a bouncy and cushioned effect. The bottom most layer is the firm side, which is made of active bond material and gives the required amount support expected out of a . Active bond material is high density granular foam that helps with alignment.

The mattress (excluding to-and-fro freight costs) will be repaired or replaced as per the company policy. As with any product, any issue arising out of normal wear and tear and/or out of misuse of the mattress will not be covered under the warranty.
